Shipping + Return POLICY + COPYRIGHT
 

Shipping: I ship within the US first class USPS at a $5.00 flat rate. At this time I am only able to ship to the US, UK and Canada. If you are outside of these three countries and would like to purchase a print or original, please use the contact page to email me for more information. Please allow 10 working days from time of order to time of shipping.

Print Returns: I only accept returns if the envelope (and art within) arrive bent or damaged in any way. If that is the case, the customer should email me for return instructions. The customer will return the piece to me at their expense, and after inspection, I will ship out a new print at no additional cost.

Returns of Original Art: Client assumes full responsibility for purchases of original art, and no refunds will be issued.

Copyright Terms: Full copyrights of purchased artwork — including prints, originals and original commissions — are wholly retained by the artist in perpetuity, and does not transfer to the client by this purchase. This purchase solely transfers ownership of the physical piece of artwork and/or print.
